Justin supports various aspects of water quality monitoring and stormwater programs related to NPDES permit compliance including PCBs control measures and low impact development monitoring. He also assists with GIS data analysis and stormwater business inspections. Justin is a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s in Environmental Science from Colby College and a Master’s in Environment and Sustainability from University of Michigan.
