Stormwater Management

EOA has been a leader in the development and implementation of municipal stormwater management programs since the inception of stormwater regulations in the early 1990s.

Planning, developing, and implementing trash controls is one of the highest priority components of municipal stormwater management programs in the San Francisco Bay Area and California.

OVTAs

On-land Visual Trash Assessment (OVTA) is conducted to assess changes in trash levels over time.
