Mr. Katz has over 8 years of experience in stormwater management and quality monitoring and assessment. Prior to joining EOA, he managed the San Mateo Resource Conservation District’s Water Quality Program where he oversaw monitoring programs primarily related to Fecal Indicator Bacteria in TMDL watersheds, identified opportunities for water quality improvements and secured funding to develop those projects. There he also developed and managed outreach, education, and community science project. He worked as a permit analyst for the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, streamlining permit applications for Hurricane Sandy relief projects. He has worked extensively on LID projects in New York City with Drexel University, the Gowanus Canal Conservancy, and Newtown Creek Alliance studying the effectiveness of pilot green infrastructure projects and developing feasibility analyses for reducing combined sewer overflows to impaired water bodies in New York City through LID development. Noah will bring his diverse professional experience to assist EOA on projects related to stormwater science and management.
