Justin supports various aspects of water quality monitoring and stormwater programs related to NPDES permit compliance including PCBs controls and low impact development monitoring. He also assists with GIS data analysis and stormwater business inspections. Justin has a Bachelor’s in Environmental Science from Colby College and a Master’s in Environment and Sustainability from University of Michigan.
