Chad Stellern supports San Francisco Bay Area municipal stormwater compliance programs. Chad is a professional geologist (PG) in the State of California and has 7+ years working as a project manager in the environmental, geotechnical and construction sectors. Chad has a Master of Science in watershed and coastal hydrology. He has experience using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to perform advanced spatial analysis. He uses his interdisciplinary experience to assist public agencies in coordinating and conducting assessment programs, including trash assessments, construction monitoring, and water quality monitoring. He is also involved in GIS data management and analysis including supporting agency-specific trash management assessment planning and source analysis catchment investigations.
